Dr. Ronald Calbrese will be the featured speaker at the Emory Libraries and Information Technology Services and WHSC-Data Initiative’s virtual seminar series on November 20th at 2 pm. He is a Senior Editor for eLife. The journal’s mission includes “accelerat[ting] discovery by operating a platform for research communication that encourages and recognises the most responsible behaviours.” This seminar called “Rigor and Reproducibility at eLife” will detail novel tools the journal is using to increase the Rigor and Reproducibility of work published in the journal.
Since 1986, Dr. Calebrese, has been a Faculty member in the Department of Biology at Emory University and is also the Samuel Candler Dobbs Professor of Biology and Senior Associate Dean for Research.
